Anyone who places an order or makes a payment agrees that they have read and understand these terms and conditions. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions when you place an order and/or pay for something. They are the only deal between you and Inkwell book writing.

REFUND POLICY

Change of Mind

Before our writers and editors start working on the job, the customer can get a 100% refund. You can get your money back within the first hour of placing your order if you change your mind about continuing with your job with us. In any other case, there will be a 15% handling fee.

Incompetent Delivery

If the work doesn't meet the project requirements as asked and recorded by the customer, customers can only ask for a refund after they've tried all of the other options listed below.

We promise that every customer will be happy with our work, and we offer free revisions as many times as needed to make sure the release meets all standards. We give, re-assign, and rewrite your work until you are happy with it. You can save FREE pages for later that are still worth the same amount, and you can use them whenever you want. If we still can't give you what you asked for, we'll refund you based on a set amount that we both agree on. This will only happen if the delivery is completely wrong.

Late Delivery

"On Time Delivery" is important to us, but if for some reason we can't provide the service you asked for on time, even after three tries to get in touch with us, you will get your money back as soon as it can be proven that the company was at fault.

Refund Time Frame

You have to ask for a refund within 60 days of delivery. People who ask for refunds after the deadline will not be accepted. When a customer places an order, they must be aware of the limit for getting a refund.

Cases where refund will not be issued

If the delivery is late because of small technical problems like spelling, grammar, typing, word count, missing references, etc., refunds will only be given if both parties agree, and the company will only offer a partial refund or discounts for future orders. The company will not be held responsible if the client is late.

Clause of Use

The project will be considered closed if there has been no written contact between the client and the account manager for at least 45 days and the project has not been approved or been given any specifics. To get the job going again, you will have to pay a fee.

Closed Project

"Closed Project" means that the work has been turned in in full or hasn't been claimed for at least 45 days. After that time, Inkwell book writing can't be held responsible.

Copyright & Personal Use

The Products that are sent to you are all original material. You are the only person who has full rights to the Products and other materials that are sent to you. When the Company gives you material, you agree to protect, indemnify, and hold the Company harmless for any use that isn't allowed by the Company. You could face civil or criminal charges if you use the delivered Products and/or the material of this Website without permission.

No Plagiarism

Plagiarism and other forms of cheating are not okay with us, and we don't support them or take part in them. We highly support and follow all copyright laws. We will not knowingly let any Customer plagiarize or break copyright laws. If you use the Products and/or other written material from our Website in a way that is unethical, inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise wrong, neither the Company nor any of its companies or partners will be responsible. This includes failing, failing grades, being kicked out of school, being put on academic probation, losing scholarships, awards, grants, prizes, titles, or jobs, failing, being suspended, or any other disciplinary or legal action. Anyone who buys something from our website is solely responsible for any consequences that come from using it in a way that isn't legal, ethical, or proper.

Our policy for using images

Because our in-house illustrators don't make images for us, we don't own the rights to them, so we don't use them ourselves. We'll just give you links to pictures that we think you should use, and you can copy and paste them yourself. It's fine to use images that don't cost anything, but if they have copyright, you might have to pay the owner(s).

Refunds

We will return the full amount of the fee you paid if you ask for it before we start working on the goods you ordered, minus the transaction fees. When an order is delivered, you can't get your money back in full. Since we can't get back the hours that were put into an Order once it was started, we will not give a return. The offered goods and services are not refundable and do not come with any guarantees, whether they are stated or not. You can, however, ask for up to one free correction. If you are not completely happy with the goods or service, you can ask for a 50% refund of the fee you paid.

As long as the quality problems you say you have are real, we will process the return of 50% of the fee. In the event that you have a unique complaint and want to get your full fee back, your case will be sent to an evaluation committee, which will make a fair decision based on facts and proof.

Limitations on Revisions

Editing Orders: We will go over the content that has been changed again to make sure there are no more technical or objective mistakes. If there are no more objective or technical errors in the material, the Company decides whether to make any more changes to it. Orders for ghostwriting: We will rewrite small parts of your writing until the client approves them. As long as the client is happy with the content we create, any changes will be charged at the right editing rate.

Limitation Of Liability

You agree to release and hold the Company and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, any third-party providers, or sources of information or data and legal advisers (the “Company’s Affiliates”) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or related to the Products, including but not limited to: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, email, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Company that may cause the Product to be delayed, disrupted, or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of utilizing our services; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with our services. When you use our services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from any claim, suit, or demand made by a third party, including attorney's fees. This includes claims made because you broke these Terms and Conditions, violated a third party's rights, or did something else that should not have been done. Orders for ghostwriting: We will rewrite small parts of your writing until the client approves them. As long as the client is happy with the content we create, any changes will be charged at the right editing rate. No matter what, the Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential losses that happen because of or are linked to this website or the information on it. In some states or places, you can't avoid or limit responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. This means that the above limitation might not apply to you.

You agree and understand that We have the right to change the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. You should check both pages every once in a while because any changes will show up in this part of our website.
